Your photo should be .jpeg in format, no larger than 10MB and at least 1MB in size. A bright, clear photo will provide the best results. Any flaws in your photo (such as blurriness from movement) will become much more obvious when blown up to canvas size. Please use the original version of the photo, don't download your photo from Facebook as compression can affect image quality. We have a quality score system which gives your photo a score out of 10 to help you choose the best photo. A photo may still be poor quality when printed, even if there are enough pixels (it could even say the photo is 10/10), due to the following reasons: A blurry photo (remember that when the photo is enlarged, small movements in the camera when the photo was taken will be exaggerated); A photo which has been edited, stretching the pixels in your photo; A scanned photo (the quality of scanned photos to begin with tends not to be ideal but can look good if done with a good quality scanner); A very dark image (we do not edit photos in any way once they are uploaded to our site so if you send us a dark photo, expect it to look very dark when it's printed)
To ensure the best results we recommend that your photo is at least 1MB in size and a maximum of 10MB. Our image quality score system will give your photo a score out of 10, this is calculated by the number of pixels in your photo.
All of our sizes are measured in inches.
While we do our best to ensure that your canvas will look exactly as it does on the screen there may be some slight differences on the finished project. Images on a screen tend to appear brighter and more vibrant than a printed canvas, this is due to the colour profile and settings on devices such as laptops, PCs, tablets and smart phones. If your photo looks dark on screen we recommend that you adjust the brightness or saturation before uploading.
Gallery wrap means your photo will be wrapped around the sides of the frame, this is the standard option. After uploading your photo you will see a red frame around your photo, any part of the photo in this area will be wrapped around the sides of the frame. With White Edge your photo is fully on the front of the canvas and the sides of the frame are white. We recommend this option to ensure you don't lose any important details of your photo (e.g. parts of people's bodies or text). White edge costs an additional £0.99 per canvas.
The white edge takes longer to align, print and wrap onto the canvas. The additional cost is to cover this.
The acrylic scratch resistant coating protects your canvas from any smudges, scratches or damage. It also preserves the colour by protecting the canvas from fading due to light exposure. We recommend adding this to your prints to keep them looking new, as unprotected canvases may fade over time.

Please make sure you have selected the right size of canvas. If you have selected any optional extras these come at an additional cost. Chargeable extras include hanger kits, laminate coating, thick frames and white edging. Please double check if you have selected any of these.
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to your order once this has been placed. We can update shipping information if your order has not yet been dispatched but we can make no other changes.
We use RoyalMail for smaller sized canvases, there is no tracking available for this service. Larger sized canvases are sent with Parcelforce.
We offer a range of shipping options. Economy delivery takes up to 10 working days, Standard is 5-7 working days and Next Working Day is 1-2 working days. All delivery time scales are estimates and may be slightly longer during busy periods. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays. Next Day orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
